The Puerto Rico Science, Technology & Research Trust (PRSTRT) is hosting a three-day event where representatives from PRSTRT, PR Technology Transfer Office, Puerto Rico Consortium for Clinical Investigation, and government agencies gather to discuss innovation, research, and entrepreneurship.

On Thursday, October 3, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. AST, NCI SBIR program director Linda Zane will provide an overview of the NCI SBIR programs and resources that are available to scientist entrepreneurs and early-stage start-ups “The National Cancer Institute Small Business Programs: Funding and Commercialization Resources” event. Following the presentation, attendees can participate in a Q&A session. Register here to join the event.

On Friday, October 4, 2024, individuals attending the 5th Puerto Rico Cancer Research meeting will also have the chance to speak with Linda Zane at the NCI SBIR booth. Those interested in learning more about NCI funding opportunities and resources are encouraged to stop by with any questions about the program and/or funding eligibility.
